MADE BRISK was born from a love of really good drinks and a slight obsession with making them better.

What started as two women, a second-hand coffee machine and a lot of ideas has grown into a Portsmouth-based coffee and matcha brand built around bold flavours, seasonal menus and drinks that are actually worth leaving the house for.

We started out popping up across the city, learning as we went, meeting our customers face-to-face and building MADE BRISK one event at a time. Since then, we’ve served thousands of drinks, worked with some brilliant local businesses and created a community that has grown far beyond what we expected when we first started.

We’re big on quality, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Expect proper coffee, freshly whisked matcha, slightly excessive toppings and a menu that changes whenever we get another idea we can’t stop thinking about.

MADE BRISK is still growing, still experimenting and still very much just getting started.
